50 pounds Lost!I usually use my blog to showcase new photo shoots I do! Well today it is all about me! My best friend and I started a weigth loss program in march. And honestly I didnt know if I could do it! I set a big goal for my self! My goal is 125-130 pounds! but that had me loosing 60 - 65 pounds, I basically wanted to be in a size 6-8 again! Well this morning I had my weigh in to finish up my 4th month of my "new life diet" And would you believe I weighed in at 140 pounds! My highest weight was 190 pounds. (right before I started the program) my starting weight with them was 187.. (after fasting all night for lab work! haha!) I am in a size 8 and omg! I have lost 50 pounds! I have never been so proud of myself for anything! I still have 10 - 15 pounds to go! but I am so pumped I know that will be a breeze! I do have to say I could have never done it without Stacey! this is just another journey her and I have taken together! She has also done awesome! loosing 37 pounds going from a size 12 to a 4-6! So basically letting you know if you really have the desire to do something reguardless how impossible it may seem! Trust me nothing is impossible! So yes today is all about me! yah!!
